Teleseminar Limitations

In order to proceed with your registration, you will need to agree to the following limitations:

  1. All teleseminar content is copyrighted material. It cannot be used for third-party consulting directly or indirectly.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel any registration if we find that a conflict of interest exists where your firm provides services to third-party recipients on the material presented. A full refund will be provided under those circumstances.
  3. You must use a business email address in order to receive the dial-up instructions. No personal email addresses will be accepted (i.e., yahoo, hotmail, earthlink, bellsouth, etc.)
  4. If the billing information is different from the attendee, you must provide the attendee's name and email address in the "ship to" area or the "comments" section of the check-out process.
  5. If you cannot attend the teleseminar, you must notify us prior to receiving the dial-up information in order to receive a credit to attend another teleseminar.
  6. There are no exceptions to the above limitations.
